Custom Monthly Service Retainer Contracts are a great option to secure business services at greatly reduced rates. This is especially economical to facilitate larger building and remodeling projects where regular monitoring and accessibility are required through the duration of the project. The rates are negotiated as a monthly flat rate fee based on projected hours of services required per month. Additional hours for services required are billed per the regular business services price schedule.
